SBC Admits it.

I’m impressed. The SBC DSL person I talked to actually admited to blocking port 25. As of March 1st — They are blocking SMTP unless you: A- Put in a special request or B- Have a static IP. The “help” article is here.

SBC IS FILTERING PORT 25 !
