I dont know. They booted the machine twice while they had it, the 18th of January and the 31st of January. They then shipped it out latter on the 31st of January. The funny part is, the 18th is 4 business days after they recived it. They didn’t even bother to note it in the account (or any work they did for that matter).
Its not so much that the screen was dim, as Chris pointed out,is it was that the screen was fuzzy. It seems fixing itself (by that I mean its getting crisp again). It could be the cold (I’ve never heard of an LCD being fuzzy because it was cold, but hey, it could happen), or it could have been because it was replaced. I’m still going to call Averatec and find out the status, and see what they tell me.
