Well I forgot to call Averatec yesterday, but I called this morning. After about 10 minutes on hold, I got to talk to someone. Someone who is going to put in a “Status Request Update” because the last note they have is still from the 13th of January. I was told to call back in 48 hours and they would know what was happening. So they want me to call back the 3rd. Just 11 more days till they’ve had my laptop for an entire month.
Aparenetly while their Tech Support people are decent, their repair facility is reminicent of Auschwitz.
