Mozilla Weave – Improving

Posted on 2008-07-15 By Jon No Comments on Mozilla Weave – Improving

Mozilla Weave has been updated a few times since the last time I posted. With the first update, I noticed that my complaint of Weave “hanging open” was fixed. It was slow, but at least it would eventually close on its own. As of tonight’s update, they’ve also included a status bar & messages. So now you can see what is going on while you wait for it to close (plus it seems to be faster).

In all fairness, I haven’t tried syncing multiple machines together yet. I will probably think about trying that out here shortly. First I’ll have to make sure I have a good backup copy of my Firefox profile, just in case anything goes “Wonky”.
