    Awesome project. Got this to work with a HID 5455 PROX PRO II Proximity Card Reader and now I am trying this code on a Software House 5100 and it won’t work for some reason. I would assume it is because it operates on 9.4-16VDC and the Data 0 and Data 1 outputs are not going to 0VDC for Arduino to properly read it. Maybe put resistors on the Data 0 and Data 1 wires? Any thoughts or suggestions?

    i used this code with a sebury reader and im trying to read 26 bit data. But in the serial monitor im getting the output as follows
    RFID Readers
    Read 3 bits. Read 11 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 10 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 10 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 8 bits. Read 1 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 10 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 10 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 10 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 6 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 4 bits. Read 10 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 6 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 10 bits. Read 3 bits. Read 6 bits.
    im not getting the 26 bit data and the card code and facility code. could you please tell me what im doing wrong.

      If you mean the number of bits in the card, then look at the ” // you can add other formats if you want!” section. If you mean you mean its not recognized at all. Try uncommenting ” //Serial.print(“0″); // uncomment this line to display raw binary”
