First had a problem Oct 31st. Got a response saying that I’d have my ticket escalated and responded to within 72 hours, on Nov 2nd. Emailed them a few times since then and still nothing. Its now Nov 15th. If they dont get their asses in gear I think by the end of work on friday the 18th they either get back to me or give me a refund.
This isnt napster, I’m not paying 10$ a month to rent my music.
Guess its time to write up a complaint the the BBB online also, maybe bizrate also.
