Got a laptop back in from one of the employee’s that left. Nice IBM laptop. Aparently none of the default windows drivers work — at all. So thankfully I have a great little USB drive nammed “Sneaker Net” (Yes, I really did name it that). Oh — as for my wardriving — yea, didn’t happen….
Bumming down to the bay, gonna see what new shiny war driving results I can get. Its not much for wardriving up in tahoe due to the snow right now — but the bay should be ok. I’m also going to investigate how I can hook up a better “rig”.

One of the servers I am in charge of is running Windows 2000 SP4. I’ve been trying to run windows update and suprise, suprise (not) it doesnt work. Everytime I run the update it tells me its failed — with no error code. I surfed online and did everything I could find and then some….
