New laptop & Carpy Software
Got a laptop back in from one of the employee’s that left. Nice IBM laptop. Aparently none of the default windows drivers work — at all. So thankfully I have a great little USB drive nammed “Sneaker Net” (Yes, I really did name it that).
Oh — as for my wardriving — yea, didn’t happen. The GPS redirection software I use (GPSGate) decided to die when I updated it to the latest version. The software works, but it can’t load up the virtual drivers for the com ports. So, I can’t redirect to Netstumbler, and hence… can’t war drive. Gonna take more research to fix this one (or use a different machine)
