If you live in the SF Bay Area, you should be aware that Maker Faire is happening in San Mateo this weekend. From Saturday morning to Sunday night, traffic in the area (92 & 101) is going to be a disaster; you’ve been warned. Sure, Maker Faire is an entire weekend of AWESOME. Where else do you get to watch Cupcake Cars run between Fire Breathing Steam Punk Dragons while Autonomous UAVs fly over head dodging bolts of lightning from Tesla Coils. I mean, that’s just gorram freaking awesome. So all I can ask is that you regular peons of the world, please don’t come to Maker Faire. The less of you that come, the less traffic there will be and the more time I can spend at exhibits.
If it isn’t obvious, this post is tongue-in-cheek. Maker Faire is really awesome and I recommend everyone come visit, if you can.
